Damaged products:

First of all, we apologize for the unintended error. With the notice that HATUN TEXTIL products are of a high level of quality and craftsmanship in production and we strive to avoid any errors or defects

But in the event the product reaches you damaged or incomplete, you are entitled to claim a full refund for it within the following conditions:

1- You must communicate directly with the customer service office and inform them of the problem within 2 days from the date of receiving the product.

2- The product is sent to the company for checking within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of receipt of the order and in the event that this period is exceeded, the company is not designated for return.

3- The product is sent to the company to its approved address through the shipping company accredited by it, while maintaining the same packaging and accessories attached and mentioning the word “return” on the waybill.

4- The defect is confirmed and the full amount paid back in case the damage is proven with the company bearing the shipping cost, otherwise the shipment is returned to the customer without modification while bearing the full cost of shipping.

5- The company is shipping by international companies such as DHL – UPS and with an excellent packaging mechanism which guarantees the arrival of the product at a high degree of quality, otherwise the company is not responsible for the bad shipping.

6- If the value of the goods is paid in cash or via Paypal or credit cards … this value will be returned exclusively via the same ways.

Cancel an order:

When purchasing any product from HATUN TEXTIL, please do not hesitate to contact the customer service office in the event of any inquiries or questions.


The customer has the right to cancel the order within the following cases:

A- Before placing an order and paying the order.

B- Before submitting the order to the shipping company.

The order is not canceled after sending the tracking code to the customer in any way.

Shipping :

A- Shipping is done after receiving the order electronically and receiving its value directly, within 6-8 working days (not including Saturdays and Sundays as holiday days in Turkey) from the company’s headquarters in Istanbul, Turkey.

B- The mentioned shipping period is based on normal situations. In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, wars, conflicts, or internal problems, the company is not responsible for that, as it is outside its control.

T – the company from time to time to submit offers for shipping .. Other than that, the customer will bear the cost of shipping or returning within the conditions mentioned above.
